What You Can Expect.
Your schedule is important to us, and keeping the office running on time is always a top priority too. When scheduling your consultation, our team members will do everything they can to pinpoint a time that is most convenient for you.
Before Your Visit
Please bring the following things to our office (whether it be in Jacksonville, Orange Park or Palatka) when you arrive for the first time:
A list of any current prescriptions
Any relevant medical/dental history
Any questions you have
Your ID - i.e. Drivers license
Consultation & Treatment Plan
The Quality Denture and Implant process always begins with a consultation. Our doctor will perform a thorough oral examination, review your medical history, and form a personalized treatment plan just for you. Anesthesia options will be discussed and chosen at this time as well. This is also the time to ask any questions that you may have. Your surgical appointment will be set for a time and day that is convenient for you, and you will leave the consultation with pre and post-operative instructions.

Payment and Financing.
We understand – paying for the full cost all at once won’t be possible for many patients. In order to make this process much more affordable and stress-free, our practice is happy to accept payment plans through CareCredit. This type of financing comes with a variety of options, there is very little (or even none at all) interest attached to it - depending on which option you select. By being able to make small payments each month, our patients can finally achieve their desired smile without worry.
